DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD

A task force was established in 2018 to address African American male graduation rates. It has since expanded to address concerns for student-athletes of color, now formally known as the D.E.I Accountability Board. The goal of the Board is to ensure fulfillment of the DEI action plan, as well as serve in an advisory capacity for the senior athletic administration. Members plan programs and develop initiatives aimed at addressing educational, and training needs of coaches, student-athletes and staff.
